Our factory warranty covers the quality of materials and manufacturing two years
from the manufacture date stamped on the package's registration card. If properly
maintained and inspected annually, the Evacuchute will last up to 15 years. The
first annual inspection and re-packing is included with the purchase of your parachute
system. Thereafter, annual re-packing service is available for a nominal fee.

Storage. All rescue parachute systems should be
stored in a place where it won't be exposed to moisture, heat, or direct
sunlight. A dry, cool place like a closet or the area under a desk will work fine.
And always keep your parachute in the storage bag supplied.
Inspection. The fabric and lines of any rescue
parachute retain memory. Therefore, to ensure proper deployment, it's imperative
that it be repacked and inspected at least once a year. Although we cannot strictly
enforce owners to send their parachute in for annual inspections, we do urge you
to assume this responsibility.
During the inspection and re-packing process, we will notify you if anything
needs to be repaired on the parachute.

The Evacuchute is specifically designed to be used by individuals with no formal
parachute training. However, we strongly recommend that users get proper basic
training in the fundamentals of the rescue parachute system to increase their
understanding, confidence and sense of security. In addition, every rescue parachute
comes with an instructional video and training brochure. These materials will
give you all the information you need to use your rescue parachute in the event
of a true emergency evacuation.
